Science Olympiad is a national STEM competition where students work in teams to explore science through hands-on challenges, experiments, and problem solving. Whether you’re a student, coach, or mentor, there’s a place for you to grow, learn, and make an impact

FOR COACHES
Grades 3–12 can join Science Olympiad teams across Baltimore City. You'll explore science topics, build projects, and compete in exciting tournaments. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to learn!
Teachers, parents, and community members can become coaches!
Coaches meet with students after school, guide them in hands-on science activities, and prepare teams for tournaments. Baltimore City teachers are eligible for stipends, training, and free curriculum resources.
